This Brazilian recipe has been submitted by a co-worker Ricardo Trzmielina

Ingredients:
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cans of 2% milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar

Directions:
Pour one cup of sugar in a bundt pan and heat over an open flame. Use an oven mitt to rotate the pan constantly so that the sugar heats and melts but doesn't burn. Continue with heating and rotating the pan until the sugar has completely melted and has covered the entire bottom portion of the pan and at least two inches of the sides. Be very carful as this gets extremely hot. When done, set aside and allow pan to cool.

In a separate bowl, combine one can of sweetened condensed milk, two cans of 2% milk and four eggs. Blend until well mixed. Pour these contents into the caramelized form in the bundt pan.

Next, cover the bundt pan with Aluminum foil and place it in a larger rectangular pan that is filled with two inches of water.

Next, place it in the oven and allow to bake @ 375° for 1hour. After one hour, remove the aluminum foil and continue baking for another 30 minutes

Next, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature. Once it has reached room temperature, put the bunt in the refrigerator and chill for at least two hours.

Once chilled, place a deep plate upside-down on the bundt pan and flip. The contents of the flambee should now be in the deep plate.

This wonderful desert is now ready to serve.
