Ingredients
1 Lb Almond Paste
3 Egg Whites
¾ Cup Sugar
1-Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Lb Sliced Almonds

Directions
Finely grate the Almond Paste and set aside.
With a blender, beat the Egg Whites until they peak.
Using a blender, slowly blend the sugar and vanilla extract to the egg whites. Continue until sugar and vanilla are completely mixed. Slowly add the grated almond paste to the egg white mixture. Mix using a fork. DO NOT BEAT WITH BLENDER. Continue until almond paste is well mixed into the egg white mixture. Scoop out a teaspoon of batter and roll it into the sliced almonds. Place the cookie on a buttered cookie sheet. Back at 325 degrees for half an hour. Be careful not to burn, as each oven cooks a little differently.
